Argentinean Pablo Nobel left the pre-campaign of congresswoman Tabata Amaral (PSB) for São Paulo City Hall. The agency of which he is a partner had taken charge of marketing in October last year, but delays in payment, the lack of money to implement the planned actions and divergences in strategy led to the breakup, according to sources heard by the report.
“PLTK was hired for the first phase of the pre-campaign. We have completed this stage, the term of the contract has expired and we have chosen, by mutual agreement, not to renew it”, informed the deputy's press office, who denies that there were delays in payments. Pablo Nobel also confirmed his departure to Estadão.
Nobel and his team understood that in a polarized election it would be necessary to criticize both former president Jair Bolsonaro (PL), who allied himself with mayor Ricardo Nunes (MDB), and Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), who supports Guilherme Boulos (PSOL), to attract votes from both sides. According to reports, Tabata resisted criticizing Lula.
The deputy supported the election of the president and, like the PSB, is the basis of government in the Chamber of Deputies. Furthermore, the two main supporters of her campaign in the party are vice-president Geraldo Alckmin (PSB) and the minister of Entrepreneurship, Márcio França (PSB).
Nobel's team was responsible, among other things, for the pre-campaign launch video, where Tabata argues that it is necessary to overcome the “abyss” that exists between the “garden neighborhoods of the Center” and the “so distant and forgotten outskirts”.
PLTK was responsible for the successful campaign of the governor of São Paulo, Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans), in 2022, and also participated in the election of Javier Milei for the presidency of Argentina. Before closing with Tabata, the agency provided services to Ricardo Salles (PL) at the beginning of last year, but the deputy was blocked from pre-candidacy by the PL.
