Management A manager is a useless person in the workplace. The boss’s trivial duties could be handled with a completely different title and without a hard salary, says the leadership researcher.

The bosses could well be called assistants, says consultant and researcher Perttu Salovaara. According to him, managerial jobs will become more common because many of the tasks of bosses are trivial and could just as well be handled by someone else in the work community.
