Toluca.- The Attorney General of the State of Mexico (FGJEM) managed to obtain a link to process against a man identified as Julio César “N”, for his alleged responsibility in the femicide of a three-year-old girldaughter of his sentimental partner.
The minor was beaten to death during the past June 17, inside a building located in the Alfredo del Mazo neighborhood, in the municipality of Valle de Chalco, where he was in the care of the now detainee.
The forensic doctors who examined the minor’s body determined that she died from a head injury, presumably caused by blows. Since the adult who was taking care of her at the time of her death fled, the Mexican authorities began investigations to clarify the facts.
As a result, the Attorney General’s Office opened an investigation folder after learning of the facts. For its part, the Public Ministry ordered the release of an arrest warrant against the probable aggressor; the injunction was executed by Investigative Police Agents (PDI), who had the support of members of the National Anti-Homicide Coordination (CONAHO).
