Juarez City.- A man in a wheelchair was shot to death this afternoon in the streets of the Parajes del Sur subdivision.
Hitmen surprised the victim outside his house on Tierra del Fuego and Mar del Sur streets.
The body was left in a wheelchair next to a red Trail Blazer truck.
The victim was identified at the scene as Juan Manuel, 26 years old, who used a wheelchair for transportation.
With this victim, there were 63 intentional homicides this month.
