Cuauhtémoc.- Elements of the District Attorney’s Office of the Western Zone, executed an arrest warrant against Carlos Alexis Ch. S., who appears as the alleged responsible for the crimes of express kidnapping and against health in its form of drug dealing, under the variant of simple possession.
The arrest of Carlos Alexis Ch. S., 29 years old, took place on Halcones and 54 streets in the Tierra y Libertad neighborhood, in the city of Cuauhtémoc.
The criminal case against him is 17/2022, for crimes committed against the victim with the initials MJRD, and against public health, in charge of the First Instance Judge acting as Control Judge of the Benito Juárez Judicial District.
