Juarez City.- A machine overturned while removing barbed wire installed to protect the border of El Paso, Texas, near Point 6, on the banks of the river.
The equipment was observed with a large amount of wire and apparently it was not secured and that caused the overturning.
In order for the work to continue, the support of two cranes was necessary to hold the machinery that removes the wire fencing.
