The Ma’an Community Contributions Authority opens the door for aspiring social entrepreneurs to participate in the fifth session of the Ma’an Social Incubator, with the aim of finding innovative solutions that enhance the quality of life of senior citizens and residents. The fifth session was launched in conjunction with the celebration of the International Day for the Elderly, which is held annually on August 21 To deepen societal awareness at the global level of the role of the elderly and to clarify issues that affect their lives, including aging and its health repercussions and social isolation.
The Ma’an Social Incubator is one of the five main pillars of the Authority for Community Contributions – Ma’an, and falls within the framework of its continuous efforts to build a thriving third sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, represented by civil enterprises, institutions of public interest, and social institutions, to contribute to building a coherent and active developed society, and applications were opened. To participate in the fifth session of the Ma’an Social Incubator, which focuses on senior citizens and residents, and works in cooperation with the participants to improve the services and products provided to them to ensure the enhancement of their quality of life in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and 10 teams will be selected whose initial solutions meet the criteria set to participate in this session of the incubator They will undergo a 90-day training program, with the aim of developing their innovative ideas and transforming them into social projects with economic returns.
