Businesswoman Luiza Trajano will participate in a live this Thursday (21) with the founder and executive director of Instituto Identidades do Brasil Luana Genót, to talk about the Magalu 2022 Trainee Program, 100% for black candidates. During the live, the businesswoman will explain her area of expertise, duration of the program, professional development and chances of being hired.

The event will be broadcast from 6:30 pm on the @luanagenot account on Instagram. Over the course of a year, those selected will experience various learning experiences, a vision of the whole business, in addition to a remuneration of BRL 6,800 plus benefits that include: participation in the company’s profits and results, and 100% scholarship for classes of English.
Applicants can have up to three years of graduation in any bachelor or bachelor degree course. “The initiative is developed exclusively to take to many what is the privilege of a few, as stated by Magalu’s mission”, emphasizes Du Migliano, from 99 Jobs, who will be the company responsible for the process.

- Training between December/2019 and December/2021 in any Bachelor’s or Degree course (training between September and December/2019 is considered December 2019. If the training is scheduled for between January and March/2022, consider December/2021.);
– Availability to reside in the city of São Paulo/SP;
– Availability to travel (*if and when the context of the covid-19 pandemic allows it);
– Be black (self-declared black or brown);
– Be aligned with the Magalu Culture.
