The weekend ends with IndyCar
Never-ending events on Sunday 21 April 2024, especially for four-wheel enthusiasts: with the Chinese F1 GP starting in the Italian morning, the start of the 6 Hours of Imola and the decisive phases of the Croatian Rally ( all this without forgetting the Superbike in Assen), the evening will propose the return of IndyCar on a Californian circuit that welcomed F1 between the 70s and 80s: Long Beach.
The championship returns
After the Thermal Club $1 Million Challenge, a show not valid for the championship, and the Indianapolis Open Test, IndyCar will get serious again more than a month before the start of the 2024 season held in St. Petersburg. Considered one of the most emblematic street circuits in the panorama of international motorsport, with 11 corners to tackle for a total of 85 laps, in Long Beach the man to beat will be Josef Newgarden, which in Florida came close to achieving the Grand Chelem. While waiting for updates on the specific channel that will broadcast the race, the event can be seen live exclusively on Sky Sports to 9.30pm on Sunday 21 April. The tests and qualifications, however, can be followed on IndyCar Liveupon subscription and with commentary in English.
