A rescuer quoted by the Chinese news agency Xinhua has indicated that the “black box” has been found during operations in the accident area, without giving further details.

Rescue teams have so far found no survivors of the crash, while experts from the Civil Aviation Administration of China managed to access the site where the aircraft crashed on Tuesday to confirm the identity of the missing and clarify the cause of the accident. .

Chinese President Xi Jinping has ordered “maximum efforts” in search and rescue efforts, while Vice Premier Liu He and State Councilor Wang Yong are in Guangxi to oversee operations.
