The ministers of the Superior Electoral Court Ricardo Lewandowski and Cármen Lúcia present a lecture to international observers in Brasília this Friday (30.Sep.2022). The vice president of the TSE talks about “Electronic voting machines as an instrument of expression of popular sovereignty”. While the minister will give a lecture on the theme “Challenges of Democracy in the World and in Latin America”.
Participants Renata Gil, president of the Association of Brazilian Magistrates (AMB); Kevin Casas-Zamora, secretary general of Idea International; Remo Carlotto, director of the Mercosur Institute of Public Policies on Human Rights; and Laura Chinchilla, former president of Costa Rica.
