Literature Finlandia Awards Boards and Voters Named: Hanna Nohynek, Ernest Lawson and Mari Leppänen to Decide on Winners

The nominees for the Finlandia awards will be announced in early November. Prizes worth € 30,000 will be awarded on November 30th.

Finnish Book Foundation has nominated the 2022 Finlandia Awards panels and electors.

This year, the chief physician will decide on the recipient of the Finlandia Prize for Non-fiction To Hanna Nohythe winner of the Finlandia Prize for Children’s and Young People’s Literature is chosen by the actor, presenter and class teacher Ernest Lawson and the winner of the Finlandia Prize for Fiction is decided by the bishop Mari Leppänen.

Nohynek, Lawson and Leppänen will decide the winners from the nominees first selected by the jury.
