Liliana Resinovich, the brother sends a warning to Sebastiano Visintin to cremate Lilly’s body
Sergio Resinovichbrother of the 63-year-old Liliana, disappeared on 14 December a Trieste and found dead not far from her home on 5 January, she sent a warning to Sebastiano Visintin to cremate the body of his wife. “Visintin”, writes the lawyer Faldati, “had expressed his intention to proceed with the cremation and we intervened with a warning, even in view of possible investigation needs “. The Prosecutor’s Office authorized the burial but did not prohibit cremation, with a view to carrying out further investigations on the body. As repeated several times by his brother, the cremation could have been an obstacle to the investigations still in progress. But this doesn’t seem to bother Visintin as it appears.
Lilly, the bag positioned in an unusual way and the 2000 euros at home
Weeks after the discovery of Lilly’s body, investigations continue to understand what happened to her. Even the hypothesis of her suicide no longer seems to be discarded. In particular, among the various still obscure points of the story, the spotlight would be on bag of Liliana, found right at her house, by her brother – a few days after the woman’s disappearance – who was not positioned as Lilly always did “horizontally”. Habit also confirmed by the 63-year-old’s sister-in-law. Then there is another element that does not add up. The sum of 2000 euros that Visintin declared that his wife would leave him to pay the bills. Again Lilly’s brother Sergio Resinovich raised his doubts. “Strange, because it was always Liliana who paid the bills,” he said. Days after his disappearance when he went to look for Visintin, he also said, the latter told him about money rather than worrying about his missing wife.
