Jaakko Huuki does not step on his feet to the gym or do any sports. For him, moving just for sports is a nasty waste of time. Why do some of us hate exercise?
Oulu resident Jaakko Huuki, 42, often looks at the flow of cars from the window of his home. People come to the adjacent sports center to work out daily.
“You drive a car to exercise. It just doesn’t fit in my head. It’s absurd, ”Huuki wonders.
When weights are lifted in the house next door, Huuki prefers to open the book.
“The gym is my personal hell. It feels like paying for a 19th century factory job. ”
