With the publication of previews and tests dedicated to LEGO Horizon Adventures new information has emerged on various aspects of this action adventure created thanks to the collaboration between Sony and LEGO coming to PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch.
From the details that have emerged, the game was made in Unreal Engine 5 and will employ ray tracing. The two inevitable ones will be available on PS5 Performance and Fidelity graphics modes. The first guarantees a framerate at 60 fps sacrificing something in terms of visual performance, unlike the Fidelity one which however remains stuck at 30 fps.
Duration and local co-op
From GameSpot’s preview, we find out what the game will require about 7 – 8 hours to get to the credits, although it is not clear whether optional activities and secondary content are included in the count. There is also talk of some elements that will guarantee a certain degree of replayability that will be revealed in the future.
Furthermore, the presence of cooperative play for up to two players has been confirmed, with both online and local multiplayer from the same console or PC. However, the game doesn’t support cross-play, meaning PS5 users can’t team up with PC and Switch users and vice versa.
We remind you that LEGO Horizon Adventures will be available towards the end of 2024 for PS5, PC and Nintendo Switch. If you haven’t done so yet, we suggest you read our impressions after trying the game demo at the Summer Game Fest in Los Angeles.
