Series of events according to the indictment, it originated in part from discussions between the accused and the 27-year-old victim the day before. They concerned a debt of EUR 20.

According to the preliminary investigation, the debt was related to the supply of drugs, ie in practice to gas coins.

Thrilling the case, according to the prosecutor, led to the end of the friendship between the men.

In the morning, the accused sent messages from his residence in Lohja to a 27-year-old man and his roommate. The message sent to the roommate read, “Till death do us part,” that is, “until death do us part”.

After that, the accused drove a shotgun, cartridges and a knife to Turku.

“I’m down,” he conveyed at 4 a.m. to a 27-year-old man after he arrived at his apartment building in the Perno district.

“2min,” the 27-year-old replied and came out after a while.

The accused then shot the man.

Part of the shotgun caused a wound to the head, but the man managed to escape back to his apartment. He called the emergency center at the same time.

In a house a 25-year-old woman and a 29-year-old man who arrived then arrived at the scene, guided by the sounds of the shots. They were subjected to incidental violence.

The accused shot the 25-year-old woman in the head at the front door. He died immediately.

According to the defense, the shooter erred in his psychotic state of mind and intoxicated to think the woman was a 27-year-old partner in the dispute.

The accused also injured a bystander with a knife. According to the subpoena, he also started aiming at the man with a shotgun but gave up the intent to fire as the sounds of the alert vehicles approached.

The accused rose to the third floor of an apartment building and shot the door of a 27-year-old man at least three times, according to the subpoena. At this point, he still went to get more cartridges from his car and only then went to the apartment.

Trial the main proceedings will continue on Wednesday and Thursday. The accused was subjected to a state of mind examination before the district courts.

If the court finds the man to be innocent as presented by the defense, he will be treated involuntarily instead of in prison.
