Filippo Roma returns to deal with the case of Saverio Amato: the lifeguard, who works on the beach of Ca’ Savio, in Veneto, had saved a woman in danger of drowning, but later received a fine of 1,032 euros for not having communicated the happened to the Coast Guard. Thanks to the intervention of the broadcast, the sanction was cancelled, even if Amato’s case continues to raise questions about the rigid interpretation of the regulations.

Giulio Golia is in Bari to shed some light on the shooting that occurred in the Bahia nightclub in Molfetta, where 19-year-old Antonella Lopez lost her life. The hyena interviews Davide Rana, one of the wounded, and tries to establish a dialogue with the families of the survivors, among whom is Eugenio Palermiti, the young man for whom the bullet appears to have been intended. The service also offers a reconstruction of what happened through the words of the provincial commander of Bari and the owner of the bar where the tragedy occurred.

The program also addresses the case of suspected doping by Jannik Sinner. The world number one tennis player tested positive for Clostebol, a banned substance, but was able to prove that the contamination had occurred by mistake. Alessandro De Giuseppe conducts an experiment, undergoing massages to verify the possibility of accidental contamination. Toxicologist Pascal Kintz of the Institute of Forensic Medicine in Strasbourg comments on the story, highlighting doubts about impartial treatments between athletes and the way in which the case was handled.

Among the guests in the studio there will be prominent personalities such as Achille Lauro, judge of the new edition of “X Factor”, who presents his new single “Desperate Love”; Katherine Kelly Lang, famous for her role as Brooke Logan in “Beautiful”; and Luigi Celeste, who killed his father in 2008 after years of family violence, and who today, after having served his sentence, is ready to tell his story through the film “Familia”.
