The biancoceleste club will no longer count on its own vehicle, supplied a year ago by the Bulgarian company Tayaranjet with which there was an annual contract
No more “customized” aircraft for Lazio. In fact, the agreement with the Bulgarian private company Tayaranjet which had provided the Biancoceleste club, on loan for use, with its own aircraft to be used for the team’s travels, is about to expire. The first flight of the plane with an entirely biancoceleste livery with the symbol of the club, the eagle, took place in November last year, for the match that the Biancocelesti played in Crotone. The flights then continued for the entire last season and for the first part of the current one. However, the agreement was valid for one year and is now close to expiry.
For the moment the agreement will not be renewed, at least this transpires from environments close to the club. It is not excluded, however, that a new agreement will be found in the coming weeks, given that the negotiations between the parties have not been interrupted. Just as it is not excluded that Lazio seeks an agreement with some other private airline to enter into an agreement similar to the one reached a year ago with the Tayaranjet. For now, however, the reality is that the Lazio plane will no longer fly. The team will therefore return to face longer trips (for the shorter ones it uses the train) with charter flights organized from time to time with various private companies, on aircraft of these companies or even with scheduled flights. Lazio was the first (and so far also the only) Italian club to have its own plane, albeit on loan for use, as happens abroad for many top clubs. The event had been celebrated by the Roman club with all the necessary honors, but it had also aroused the teasing via social media of the fans of other teams (especially the Roma fans) for the “age” of the plane used. Teasing and polemics to which the Lotito club had replied in a piqued way, emphasizing the safety of the vehicle used.
