Processed foods are increasingly popular. Due to the large amount of salt, sugars and fats they contain also create a kind of addiction. Salt is hidden everywhere: in soups, canned meat, sauces but also in sausages. We should try to replace processed foods with fresh ones as much as possible: the belly will thank you.
