Chemical industry and the industrial union have reached a negotiation result on collective agreements, says Kemianteollisuus. So far, the parties have not disclosed the content of the settlement. The negotiation result will still be approved by the administrations of the parties on Sunday.
About 13,000 employees are covered by the contracts.
Thanks to the agreement, Teollisuusliitto’s strike will end the night before Saturday at 11:59 p.m. The next strike is scheduled to begin on February 8, but if the union administrations approve the contracts, the strikes will be called off.
Earlier on Friday Teollisuusliitto reached a negotiation result with Technology Industry.
