The days of battles in the new season of La voz Perú started with everything this week, when two of the favorites of Daniela Darcourt’s team faced each other. Joaquina Carruitero and Melissa Noblega performed the song “Ya no más” by Susan Ochoa and made their coach make a difficult decision.
Both participants had a marked casting, since their first appearance in the singing reality led the jurors to refer to their look. However, this Monday, that issue was put aside after their voices dazzled Eva Ayllón, Mike Bahía, Guillermo Dávila and the assistant coaches, who had high praise for both of them.
Daniela Darcourt was very proud to have had Joaquina and Melissa in her team, but finally she ended up staying with the Adele impersonator in Yo soy. Carruitero thanked the opportunity to continue in the program and also showed gratitude to Susan Ochoa, who accompanied her during her presentation this Monday.
“It is the first time that I achieved something with my name and I am very excited to have these two great people in my life who mean a lot: my daddy and Susan (Ochoa), who is like my sister. Thanks for the opportunity, to Daniela who believes in me and to all the couch potatoes for their advice and good words, ”said Joaquina.
For her part, Melissa made it clear that this appearance in La voz Perú will be the turning point in her life to continue her musical career. “As Daniela said, never in the shadows again, this is my beginning and my life is just beginning,” he remarked.
