This time it was not a voice that impacted the coaches of The Argentine Voice (Telefe, Sunday to Thursday at 10:30 p.m.), but a shocking sapucai cry made by a participant from Corrientes
Matías Gómez, 33, first hit the mark by singing When the pleasure ends, a theme in Portuguese, something that had not yet been heard in the reality show hosted by Marley.
He did very well and for that reason Lali Espósito, Soledad Pastorutti and Mau and Ricky Montaner turned to have him on their team.
After introducing himself, Lali asked him to sing something in Spanish and he opted for a chamamé, which ended with a sapucai, a long, high-pitched cry typical of the Guaraní culture.

“How good! With sapucai and everything,” celebrated La Sole. “What is a sapucai?” Ricky Montaner interrupted her.
“It is a symbol, a cry,” said Matías. And La Sola invited him to repeat it “very strong.” The participant did and the youngest of the Montaner brothers was left with a totally surprised face.
“It is an expression that is not always of joy. In their land they do it all the time. At the Festival they all shout it together,” La Sole tried to explain.

Then, it was the turn of choosing which coach to follow the program with. “You gave us a great time, I offer you the Lali team,” said the singer and actress.
“If you like challenges and try to do something that you did not have planned, we would love to have you with us. And so you also teach us the cry, the sapucai that I find terrible,” he said Ricky, who tried without luck to imitate the scream.
“What can I tell you? You are from Corrientes, you sang me a chamamé, you did the sapucai, a singer in Portuguese that I love … I offer you on my team,” said Pastorutti, who seemed the natural candidate to keep his voice.
However, Matías gave the surprise and stayed in the team of Mau and Ricky.
“I can not believe it, I thank you very much. Thank you for the trust,” thanked Stefi Roitman’s boyfriend.
