Popular premium motorcycle brand KTM has launched a new adventure bike KTM 250 Adventure in India. The company has priced this bike at Rs 2,48,256 (ex-showroom, Delhi). The company has also started booking the bike. Customers can book it from any KTM showroom located across the country. The company has already been selling KTM 390 Adventure models in the adventure motorcycle segment of India.
Comparing the price, the new bike has been kept at a price of 50 thousand rupees compared to the KTM 390 Adventure. The company also has an attractive EMI option for customers, which starts at Rs 5500. This KTM bike will compete directly with the BMW G 310 GS. BMW’s bike recently received the BS6 update, which was priced at Rs 2.85 lakh.
248 cc engine
The KTM 250 Adventure offers a 248 cc DOHC single cylinder, liquid cooled engine that generates 30hp power and 24Nm torque. The bike comes with a 6-speed gearbox. The bike has 320 mm front disc brake and 230 mm rear disc brake. Its fuel tank is 14.5-liter. Its seat height is 855mm, wheelbase 1430mm, ground clearance 200mm and weight 177 kg.

Like the KTM 390 Adventure in the 250 Adventure, off-road ABS, new LCD instrument display and traction control system have been given. The bike gets LED DRL with halogen headlight. The bike comes in two color options. In comparison, Royal Enfield Himalayan can also be seen, which is an adventure bike priced at Rs 1.91 lakh.
