The Investigative Committee of Belarus has brought charges against the member of the Coordination Council of Belarus Maria Kolesnikova. This happened on the last day of her pre-trial detention.
As reported Country sledkom, Kolesnikova is charged with public calls to seize power.
The woman was taken into custody on September 9, and a few days later she was transferred to a pre-trial detention center in Zhodino, where she is held in a cell with five other inmates. On September 15, the media reported a sharp deterioration in her health – Maria developed an allergic reaction.
Earlier, Kolesnikova was threatened with physical violence right in the building of the Main Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus. The woman was promised to take her out of Belarus “in parts”.
