The KKR investment firm has agreed with Dentix to pay up to 250 million euros to its creditors after the bankruptcy of the dental clinics chain in 2020, as they have informed Europa Press in sources of the creditors.
Specifically, the Bankruptcy Administrator of the Dentix Group, Ius Aequitas, has published on Monday that he has reached KKR agreements to end his disputes related to the dentix group competitions, which would ascend, as Europa Press has learned, to a maximum of 250 million euros.
Thus, in these agreements both the ordinary procedure initiated by Dentixhealthcorporation (DHC), the dentix group matrix, in front of KKR and the potential actions that their Spanish subsidiaries had faced in front of the investment fund in relation to the resolution of the investment contract in relation to the investment contract and partners agreement signed by the parties.
