The cyclists of Khorfakkan Club dominated the first places in the junior category of the Dibba Al-Hisn Cycling Race, which was organized by the Cycling Federation in cooperation with the Dibba Al-Hisn Club for the junior and cubs club categories, with distinguished participation and great success.
Ibrahim Al-Rifai won the first place in the race, which ran for a distance of 45 km and witnessed the participation of 31 cyclists representing 5 clubs, namely Maliha, Dibba Al-Hisn, Masfout, Ittihad Kalba and Khor Fakkan. His colleague Abdul Rahman Salah came in second place, while Khaled Mustafa achieved third place.
Muhammad Nabhan, the Dibba Al-Hisn Club cyclist, succeeded in winning the first place in the cubs race, which took place over a distance of 15 km, and witnessed the participation of 36 cyclists. Khalfan Al Zaabi from Ittihad Kalba Club came in second place, and Mahmoud Salah from Khorfakkan Club came in third place.
Mansour Bouaseba, President of the Federation, honored the top three winners in each category, and the closing was attended by Yasser Al-Dokhi, Secretary-General of the Federation, Nayef Jikka, member of the Head of the Referees Committee, Taleb Al-Bali and Ahmed Al-Naqbi, member of the Board of Directors of Dibba Al-Hisn Club.
Mansour Bouasaiba, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federation, congratulated the winners of the race, praising the level and enthusiasm of all the participants, and said: The Federation is keen to organize races for the age groups periodically to get to know the base levels of the riders in the various state clubs and stand on their levels for the importance of these categories as they represent the future of the teams The National Cycling Federation in the Emirates.
Bouaseba commended the organization and thanked all the working committees, especially the management of Dibba Al-Hisn Club, for their cooperation to make the race a success and the Sharjah Police General Command, which contributed to the success of the race by securing the road for all riders.
