Khalifa Medical provides pediatric rheumatology services in inpatient wards, the pediatric intensive care unit, and specialized outpatient clinics, in addition to daily intravenous perfusion centers. Pediatric services in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City include seven inpatient departments, 86 beds for children, and 20 beds in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit.
On his part, Dr. Kamran Mahmoud, Consultant Pediatric Rheumatologist at Khalifa Medical, emphasized: “The clinics are working in collaboration with existing pediatric services to improve and make the high-quality medical care we provide for children more widely available.
