Kanye West shares photos of his children that Dutch Carlijn made: ‘God, bring our family together’

The well-known magazine today publishes a major interview with the reality star, who is in the news even more often than usual because of the lingering feud with her future ex-husband Kanye West (nowadays Ye).

All photos are by Jacobs’ hand. Not only did she photograph ‘one of the most famous women in the world’, such as vogue typifies her, but also her children North (8), Saint (6), Chicago (4) and Psalm (2).

Carlijn made sweet family photos with Kim playing with her offspring, but also sexy photos such as Kardashian in a wet dress. The images soon made it to countless international news websites, including those of UK subway and The Independent†

Kim, one of the most followed people on Instagram with 285 million fans, shares the photos, like her mother Kris Jenner, who has almost 46 million followers. Kim’s ex Ye, who makes no secret of wanting her back, uses the snaps of their children to hope out loud to his 11 million followers for a reunion. “God, please bring our family back together,” he begs.

Although Carlijn Jacobs has worked for well-known magazines before, it seems that she has never had such a big star in front of the lens before. She recently photographed the half-Dutch top model Bella Hadid. The style of Carlijn, who lives in Paris, who was born in Amsterdam and who previously exhibited in the photography museum Foam, is clearly recognizable in the photos. She loves color and surrealistic elements and called her style ‘iconic’, among other things. The pictures of Kim look intimate and grand at the same time, with Kim as a radiant icon.

In the interview, which also makes all showbiz websites, Kim points to her much-discussed divorce. She has spent way too long trying to make other people happy, she says.

“For the past two years I have decided that I am going to make myself happy. That feels very good. Even if that caused changes and my divorce, I think it’s important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I chose for myself.”

Although Kim has been getting hit almost daily on ex Ye’s Instagram account lately, she tries to stay tidy. According to the rapper, Kim keeps their children away from him, Kim and her lawyer deny that.

“You can be hurt or angry with your ex, but in front of your children it should always be: your father is the best,” Kim says. “You have to be your co-parent’s biggest encourager, whatever you’re going through personally.”

Kim also talks about lighter things, like her full-body outfit from the Met Gala. The reality star initially did not want to put on the mask over her face, she confesses.

Kim did it anyway and even became a meme. Demna Gvasalia, the creative director of fashion brand Balenciaga who conceived the look, had made his point. “People immediately knew it was her thanks to her silhouette. They didn’t even have to see her face. That’s the power of her fame.”
