“I think that donald trump is a danger to the well-being and security of the United States,” said the vice president and Democratic candidate, Kamala Harrisduring a televised meeting this Wednesday on CNN with undecided voters, after being asked if she believed that the Republican was anti-Semitic. Furthermore, in an interview with Telemundo – the only one in Spanish – he described him as a “fascist to the core.”
Harris did not limit herself to that accusation, but also stressed that several former Trump collaborators “have called him unfit and dangerous“. In his words: “They have said, specifically, that he has contempt for the United States Constitution. They have said he should never serve as president of the United States again.. “We know that’s why Mike Pence didn’t run again with him (as vice president).”
Harris’s strategy of describe Trump as authoritarian has been frequent in the last days of his campaign. Thus, he has also criticized his opponent’s admiration for dictators, mentioning his relationship with leaders such as Kim Jong-un and Vladimir Putin.
In addition, he recalled an episode in which Trump allegedly told his generals that they should be more like Hitler’s generals, reinforcing his opinion that the former president is “dangerous.”
Harris describes herself as a “pragmatic capitalist”
