Faisal Al Naqbi (Kalba)
Kalba continues its training in preparation for the launch of the new season of the “ADNOC Professional League”, amid an atmosphere of enthusiasm and optimism.
The team is preparing to play a “final friendly” match against Ajman in a few days, in order to put the final touches on the lineup and try out some technical plans, before the start of the official competitions.
Kalba has succeeded in signing four distinguished foreign players so far, namely the Iranians Shahriar Moganloo and Mehdi Qaedi, the Romanian Filip Kisch, and the Italian Daniel Bessa.
Despite the signings, the team still has a vacant spot for a fifth foreigner, which gives the management an opportunity to complete another deal to strengthen the ranks before the start of the season.
In his lecture, Serbian coach of Kalba, Vuk Razovic, confirmed to the players that the team is now ready to participate in the new season of the “ADNOC Professional League”, noting that the preparations have gone according to the plan, as the team has been strengthened with a number of distinguished players.
He added: “We are happy with the readiness we have achieved, and we have great confidence in the players’ abilities. We only have one spot left for a fifth foreign player, and we are studying the available options to complete the contract as soon as possible, to ensure that we enter the season in the best possible way.”
