Marco Re and Stefano Bertola, managers who no longer work for Juventus but who are among the six suspects in the Prisma investigation on the capital gains of the Juventus club, have decided to make use of the right not to answer in the interrogation convened today in the Prosecutor’s Office in Turin. “The issues under discussion are essentially of a technical nature and require reflection”, their lawyer, Luigi Chiappero, motivated the decision.

It is the first call for persons under investigation, after the managing director Maurizio Arrivabene and the general manager Federico Cherubini were heard in recent days as persons informed of the facts. Marco Re was the club’s financial manager, Stefano Bertola Chief Corporate & Financial Officer. In addition to the two of them, the current Chief Corporate & Financial Officer Stefano Cerrato, the former head of the sports area Fabio Paratici, the vice president Pavel Nedved and the president Andrea Agnelli are under investigation.
