Investigations continue into the hypothesis of false accounting linked to the agreement for the deferral of the payment of four months during the lockdown period and how the club has reported this in corporate communications. A hearing with federal president Gravina is scheduled for the weekend
Veronique Rabiot, mother and attorney of Juventus player Adrien, was heard this afternoon at the Prosecutor’s Office in Turin as part of the Prisma investigation into the accounts of the Juventus club. The audition, which ended around 5.30 pm, lasted about two and a half hours.
What is investigated
–
The prosecutors of the Prosecutor’s Office are still working on the latest line of an investigation that started with capital gains and has now come to investigate the agreement that Juventus reached with its players during the lockdown for the deferral of the payment of four months, and on how it was then accounted for in corporate communications, with the hypothesis of false accounting.
The results of the investigation
–
The node on which the Prosecutor is working is not whether the players have then received what was agreed or not, but to reconstruct the agreement found with the card holders. According to what appears, the interviews so far have not highlighted any inconsistencies with respect to what has already been assumed by the judiciary on the basis of the documentation that had been seized.
The auditions
–
For the weekend the magistrates will travel to Rome to listen to the federal president Gabriele Gravina, with the aim of also hearing the former Juventus coach Maurizio Sarri, to then continue next week with other players and agents. In recent days, Dybala, Alex Sandro, Bernardeschi, Ramsey’s consultant and a partner of the World Soccer Agency who look after the interests of several bianconeri have already been called up.
