There are still a few months to find out what Bandai Namco’s crossover fighting video game is like.
Through its official channels and the main digital stores, Bandai namco has confirmed a few hours ago that it will stop selling Jump Force at the beginning of the new year, a decision that will be accompanied later by the closure of online services of this crossover fighting video game of several manganimes.
Specifically, the Japanese publisher will put an end to the commercialization of the video game in stores such as Steam, PlayStation and Xbox this coming February 8 at 6:00 a.m. (Spanish peninsular time). Those who purchase it before the date, will be able to enjoy all the online features of the adventure until August 25 at 7:00.
Along with the end of the online service, these features will no longer be available:
- Log in to the multiplayer room
- Online Events
- Clan Roles
- See the bulletin board
- View bookmarks
- Accept rewards in the reward bar
- Game store
- Premium store
When the online service ends, the downloadable content purchased prior to the end of sales can continue to be used. In addition, all single player features will continue to be available locally on both consoles and PC, as well as in PvP battle, except in Ranked Play mode.
Jump force hit stores in February 2019 uniting in battle some of the most popular heroes and villains of the Japanese manganime, such as Goku (Dragon Ball Z), Naruto (Naruto), Luffy (One Piece) and countless other characters from Bleach, Hunter x Hunter, Yu- Gi-Oh !, Saint Seiya, etc. You can go deeper into the proposal by reading the analysis of Jump Force by colleague Alberto Pastor who said: “It is fun, yes, and also spectacular, but with its discreet combat system and even worse, its nefarious story mode, Jump Force it is far from being that essential fighting game for any manga fan, it’s a game for fans. “
