He spoke softly, without pomp, he let himself be asked in the most thorny affairs and entered the rag in his answers, for journalists. Now, that apparent and calm gestural closeness escorted an iron will, a huge force of character. He spoke clearly, launched his messages without dissimulation and warned his critics that they should learn to adapt to the new times, they had to change.
