For STF minister, consumers and businessmen lose with lack of planning of actions and expenses
The Minister of the STJ (Superior Court of Justice) Luís Felipe Salomão said that the judicialization of health has, as a result, legal uncertainty.

The result, in his evaluation, is that consumers, businessmen and society in general end up losing due to the lack of planning of actions and expenses.
Salomão cited a statement by the Peruvian writer Pablo Neruda (1904-1973) as a reference to the situation. “You are free to make your choices, but you are a prisoner of the consequences”said.
He participated in the Esfera Forum, an event of the Esfera Brasil Group in Guarujá (SP). Minister Luis Roberto Barroso (STF) also participated; Cade’s president, Alexandre Cordeiro; and lawyers and members of the government transition team Pierpaolo Bottini and Cristiano Zanin.
DEBATE ON THE FUTURE OF BRAZIL
The event is promoted by Sphere Brazil🇧🇷 The idea is to discuss future challenges and solutions for Brazil 2023-2026. The panels will count on the presence of elected political leaders from the Executive, Judiciary and Legislative Powers, such as the elected vice president, Geraldo Alckmin (PSB).
