José González-Dans, new general director of Sevilla FC

Sevilla FC announced this Sunday the name of the person who will occupy the position left by José María Cruz a few weeks ago. This is the Galician José González-Dans. The executive assumes the position of general director of the Nervion entity after more than 27 years of career in the areas of direction and management of companies with national and international implementation and after having experience in the world of football, to which he has been linked in the financial and general management areas.

From 2014 to 2020 he developed his career at Deportivo de La Coruña, where he assumed the General Management during a difficult time financially for the Galician club. He was a member of the Delegate Commission of LaLiga and was an advisor to the Spanish Professional Football Society SAU of La Liga. To date, he has been CFO, Chief Technology Officer and member of the Board of the Aluman Group.

Likewise, he has developed teaching work for different Schools and Universities in parallel.
