José Eloy, the ‘terrorist’ moonshiner, arrested for assaults on businesses and car thefts

Now he has been dedicating himself to using high-end vehicles, usually Audi models, previously stolen to rob commercial surfaces. José Eloy currently had five arrest warrants, one admission to prison by the Criminal Court number 2 of Madrid and another arrest by the Criminal Court of Madrid. They are allegedly involved in 23 criminal acts. The investigation began as a continuation of the Arsi operation, carried out in May of this year, in which a criminal group based in Madrid was dismantled (in which Fernando Virostaalias ‘Fernandito’) and in the Toledo town of Seseña, dedicated to committing forceful robberies of trucks, industrial warehouses and commercial establishments. In this operation, 11 people were arrested and six home searches were carried out.

Later, the agents learned that two members of the criminal network They continued to maintain criminal activity, detecting new thefts committed by them. In addition, one more had joined these two individuals, forming a new criminal group to which 23 crimes against property are attributed.

The main objective of this network was the theft of merchandise in industrial warehouses, warehouses and commercial establishments. Likewise, the agents confirmed their high specialization in these robberies, which allowed them to obtain large loot that generated a high economic damage to companiesmerchants and transporters. Finally, last September, agents from the National Police and the Civil Guard established a joint device that culminated in the arrest of the three arrested. After being brought to justice Two of them were sentenced to prison.. Investigators estimate that the economic damage caused in all the events that are attributed to the criminal group exceeds half a million euros.
