After 10 years from the beginning of its publication, JoJolion, the eighth series of the famous manga JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, officially has an end date, recently spread on the internet. The information, first released in the form of a leak, comes directly from the latest published issue of the manga, released during the week.
To be exact, the end date is set for next 19 August, within the monthly magazine Ultra Jump, due out next September 2021. At the moment, despite the images being clear, no official confirmation has been given, which will most likely arrive shortly.
This eighth part, written and drawn by Hirohiko Araki, had begun its publication in May 2011, with a total of 26 comics in Japan and 23 in Italy. The complete series, originally begun in 1987, is made up of 126 collections.
The work has been a huge success both at home and in the West, which led to the creation of video games and anime adaptations of the famous adventures, consecrating its popularity even more. Last April the transposition to anime of part 6 was officially announced, Star Ocean, with more details coming to the next Anime Expo on August 8th.

The famous series tells, in a very particular and memorable way, the events of several generations of the Joestar family, contradicted by the constant struggle against unscrupulous individuals and mysterious supernatural forces.
The anime version is available on the Crunchyroll streaming service, which in 2019 also awarded the series, with an award dedicated to the Best Character Design. Some of the characters have even appeared within the video game Jump Force.
In particular, a trailer released had shown the clash between two of the most famous characters of the entire saga, namely Jotaro Kujo and Dio Brando. At the moment no further games have been released, at least in the European and American market.
The end date for JoJolion is therefore set for next 19 August 2021, after more than 10 years of publications in the monthly magazine Ultra Jump.
