A Boeing 777 operated by Japan Airlines (JAL) made an emergency landing at Tokyo Haneda Airport due to a left engine malfunction. This was announced on Tuesday, August 2, by the agency Kyodo.
It is noted that the flight was supposed to follow the Tokyo-Nahu route. About 300 passengers were on board, no one was hurt.
The plane took off at about 7:45 am, and after 35 minutes made an emergency landing.
On August 1, a passenger plane of the Israeli airline El Al filed a distress signal two hours after taking off from Israel. According to Flightradar, the aircraft flew over the Caspian Sea at the time of the signal and landed in Baku.
As it became known, the passenger of the Tel Aviv-Moscow flight felt unwell during the flight, which is why the crew decided on an emergency landing. The passenger later died.
