This British multi-instrumentalist is considered the enfant terrible of jazz, with melodies that transcend beyond this genre, merging elements of different styles. The voice of this 27-year-old singer went viral in 2012 thanks to YouTube. Split-screen home videos of him blew up the algorithm, with versions of Stevie Wonder or Michael Jackson. In fact, shortly after he signed with the company of Quincy Jones, producer of the legendary album ‘Thriller’, by the King of Pop. In Quincy’s eyes, “Collier is an absolute genius, with a terrifying talent”. He says it from someone who has worked alongside stars like Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles or Aretha Franklin. With his debut album, ‘In My Room’, which he recorded in his own home, he won two Grammy Awards in 2017, for his arrangements of the songs ‘Flinstones’ and ‘You and I’.
Specialized critics blessed this LP, even qualifying it in ‘The Guardian’ as ‘The new messiah of jazz’. His success did not stop there. In December 2018 he began to publish, in installments, a new project made up of four albums: ‘Djesse’. Contributions from Collier’s many musical inspirations around the world are found on these songs, from a cappella groups and gospel choirs to African legends and indie rock stars. Collier has garnered another three Grammy awards with this new musical project, adding a total of five awards. He is the first British artist to win at least one Grammy for each of his early albums. He is already a star, and even participates with We Are King in one of the songs on Coldplay’s latest album, ‘Music of the Spheres’.
Arte jondo reaches a new dimension with Rosario La Tremendita. The cantaora born in Triana (Seville) is one of the great innovators of current flamenco. With four albums on the market and two nominations for the Latin Grammy Awards for ‘Best Flamenco Album’, the artist has become an icon of the new times of jondo art.
Since its inception, it has made an effort to study tradition always with respect, but with an irrepressible investigative and innovative desire, absorbing modern influences without losing its essence. Rosario assumes the role of composer, producer, lyricist, and multi-instrumentalist (she accompanies herself on guitar, electric bass, and percussion). In her emotional music, the vibration, the sound textures, the aesthetics, the sound, the voice and her lyrics project a discourse where the Andalusian author expresses her most personal vision of flamenco.
Dominican singer and actress Leticia Pellicione, known as Letón Pé, began her artistic career in 2008 as a supporting actress in ‘High School Musical on Stage’. Although she began to attract the attention of the scene in 2019. The year in which she, together with the Navarrese producer PIEK, released her debut single: ‘The One’.
A theme that was among the most viral in the Dominican Republic and the top ten of MTV Dance Spain. Success was followed by her first EP. With songs like ‘Klk you baby?’ and ‘No’ Latvian Pé flaunts her voice and shows a completely carefree, fun and far from any prejudice facet. Currently, the 30-year-old performer continues to work on new sounds.
Psychedelia, punk and surf music. Goblin Circus presents its first EP-album at La Mar de Músicas: ‘Y tú?’. A crazy piece of work that leads us to an interesting and energetic mix between the rock that moves the most heads and the most unbridled punk.

The smell of orange blossom gives off an air of creativity in the La Macarena neighborhood of Seville, where the members of Vera Fauna are neighbors: Kike Suárez, Juanlu Romero, Javi Blanco and Jaime de Sobrino. Together they sign songs to reach the hearts of all audiences such as ‘Quiebro y Nada’, ‘Los Naranjos’ or ‘Colorada’. And also songs for a more music-oriented audience such as ‘Somango’, ‘Cobre’ or ‘Fernando Morientes’.
In all of them they permeate the essence of intimate pop with psychedelic overtones that they profess. These four musicians are partly to blame for the musical currents of the Guadalquivir sounding again on the national scene.
