Without a corona vaccination certificate, there is not much you can do in Italy from December 6th. A man wanted to trick this one – but he was caught.
Biella – Apparently he thought he was particularly clever, but in the end his wrong game was noticed. In Italy, a man wanted to obtain the Corona vaccination certificate. However, since he did not intend to receive the vaccination himself, the Italian came up with a crazy idea.
With a silicone arm, he tries to get the corona vaccination in a vaccination center in the northern Italian city of Biella. “The case borders on the ridiculous if it weren’t for an act of enormous importance,” said the head of the regional government of Piedmont, Alberto Cirio, on Facebook on Friday.
Italians want to sneak proof of corona vaccination – with a rubber arm
The skin tone of the rubber arm was deceptively real. However, the vaccine fraudster had not made the calculation with the doctors on site. They weren’t fooled and the dizziness was exposed. The 50-year-old man received a complaint for his amateurish attempt at fraud.
For Prime Minister Cirio, the Italian’s illegal plan is also a slap in the face for many people in the Piedmont region. It was “unacceptable in view of the sacrifice that our entire community made during the pandemic in terms of human life, social and economic costs,” said the regional politician.
Corona: Italy tightened measures – 2G in restaurants, museums, cinemas and stadiums
In Italy, as of Monday (December 6th), there will be even stricter rules for unvaccinated people. Since August every person has had to show the so-called “Green Pass” (comparable to the digital vaccination card in Germany) when visiting restaurants, museums, cinemas, theaters and at sporting events. This serves as proof of a survived corona infection, a vaccination or a negative test result.
However, from December 6th, the “Super Green Pass” must be presented if you want to enter the facilities mentioned. The 2G rule will apply there in the future. Italy has a high vaccination rate. Almost 85 percent (as of December 4) of all people aged twelve and over are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus. There is also a comprehensive range of booster vaccinations for all adults in Italy. (kh)
