General Director of PJSC “City Innovative Technologies” Sergei Minko spoke about the benefits that may be introduced for one category of Russians to pay for housing and communal services. About it informs agency “Prime”.
According to the expert, a discussion is underway on changing the benefits for pensioners. While there is no exact understanding of how exactly the tariffs for utilities will be formed, but it is possible that they will decrease.
“If pensioners do not have able-bodied relatives who live next to them, then, most likely, they will be entitled to substantial benefits of 50 or 100 percent of the cost of housing and communal services,” Minko explained.
He added that there will be no benefits for able-bodied relatives, and the tariffs will be distributed in proportion to the number of residents. The expert concluded that such measures are justified for pensioners, and their economic justification can be achieved by optimizing the logistics and operation of resource companies.
Earlier, the expert of the non-state pension fund (NPF) “Future” Yevgeny Biesbardis told Russian pensioners about the taxes not requiring payment. Thus, they do not need to pay taxes related to income and property.
