During a meeting with American Jewish leaders in Jerusalem, Israeli Defense Minister Benny Gantz showed pictures of what he said was an Iranian Migrant drone in Venezuela..
“Our assessment shows that Venezuela receives Iranian precision-guided munitions for these drones and other similar models,” he said“.
“I can tell you that in my meetings with partners from around the world, including from Latin America and Africa, I heard an expression of deep concern about Iran’s support for terrorism,” he said.“.
“If a nuclear deal with Iran is signed, it won’t be the end of the road,” Gantz told a delegation of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Organizations. “We need to have offensive capabilities and a set of sanctions ready in case Iran violates a future agreement.”“.
Iran denies supplying any of its allies with military drones, and denies its intention to acquire nuclear weapons, as well as any support for terrorism.
Venezuela said in 2012 that Iran was helping it build self-defense drones.
