Los Mochis, Sinaloa.- With the promise by the Sinaloense Institute for Educational Physical Infrastructure (Isife) through Alejandro Brito Acuña, head of the Regional Services of the Ministry of Public Education and Culture (SEPyC), to equip them and place the electrical wiring and the around 32 air conditioners that were stolen, parents from Justo Sierra Elementaryfrom the Insurgentes neighborhood, agreed to allow their children to take virtual classes in what the works are carried out.
After a wait of more than three hours, it was after 12:00 noon when the parents were able to see and hear the proposal brought to them by the SEPyC official, who was accompanied by head of the sector and school supervision .
After apologizing for the delay, which he attributed to a meeting with the Health Sector, Brito Acuña informed the protesters that the Isife is already working to place all the cabling that was stolen from them during and before the covid-19 pandemic, but not only that, but they would also replace the nearly 32 air conditioners that the criminals also took advantage of all the time that the educational building was left alone because of the virtual classes.
In exchange, he asked that the children return to virtual classes, from home, so that the teaching-learning process is not damaged.
Both parents and school teachers agreed with this measure.
That yes, the mothers warned, they will not deliver the keys to the campus until they see workers on the construction site, which is expected to be from this same Monday, June 6.
As a context, this school is one of the oldest in the municipality of Ahome.
Several generations of Ahomeans have passed through it, where their grandparents, children and even grandchildren have studied.
