The next season of the prestigious T20 League IPL is to begin in the UAE from 19 September. If anyone in this league is thinking about betting, then they should be alert. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has hired Sportradar to detect betting related irregularities during the Indian Premier League starting on 19 September.

According to a release, “Under the contract, all the matches of the IPL-2020 will be monitored by the Integrity Services of the Spartard so that the betting can be tracked.”
It added, “The Sportsperson will also provide a risk assessment to the BCCI and its intelligence and investigative services can also be used by the Board if needed.” Earlier too, there were reports of betting in the IPL, on which action was taken.
