Two new Apple devices with unknown codes have been spotted in an Indian database, they could be the new iPad Pro with OLED display.
The much talked about iPad Pro with OLED display they could really be around the corner. After the recent rumors that they would arrive between April and May, a new clue gives hope.
Two new Apple products with an unknown identification code have in fact been spotted in the lists of an Indian government organization and could refer to the new tablets from the bitten apple. Let's try to understand what is concrete.
Two new unknown Apple products
The discovery was made by the 91mobile site which published on its pages a list from the Bureau of Indian Standard databasethe Indian body that approves the marketing of new products on the soil of the immense peninsula.
The new devices have been listed with codes A2836 and A2837numbers that do not refer to other existing iPad models: this could mean that two new Apple products are on the way.
Although associating the new codes with the long-awaited iPad Pro OLED is rather easy, it is worth remembering that Apple plans to release two new iPad Air models. In short, the new nomenclature could refer precisely to the latter and not to the Pro versions with OLED displays.
iPad Pro OLED, is it really coming?
Analysts had predicted the arrival of the new OLED iPad Pro between April and May this year: at the moment, however, Apple has not yet announced anything significant and instead seems intent on stalling, probably due to supply problems which have affected the company, especially with reference to the production of OLED panels.
Samsung and LG are the current suppliers of 11- and 13-inch OLED panels, with the former suffering the biggest slowdowns. Given that the May window still remains open, Apple could announce the new devices at the WWDC 2024 event: the newly discovered codes are an excellent clue that something is about to move.
