Once these new “characters” are approved, smartphone manufacturers often take a few months to create the corresponding artwork; in this case it probably happens we will see the new emoji after the launch of iOS 18.
If we were to hypothesize a more precise window, we could say that Apple will add the new emoji in March 2025, when it becomes available iOS 18.4.
