The Ducati Streetfighter V2 range is completed with a new color scheme
Ducati expands the Streetfighter V2 range with the introduction of the new Storm Green color scheme, which will be available at points of sale from this July. The matt metallic green chosen by the Ducati Style Center enhances the clean, crisp and essential lines of the Streetfighter V2, reinforcing the bike’s unique character and its innate ability to attract attention. The matt finish blends perfectly with the chromatic context of the mechanical parts, while the metallic grain creates a play of contrasts that is very evident on the different surfaces.
The Streetfighter V2 is aimed at riders looking for a bike capable of combining the sporting DNA of the Panigale V2 with the attitude and riding style of the Streetfighter. An intuitive and easy-to-handle model, with the right power to guarantee an adrenaline pump and maximum riding fun, combined with a high-level electronic package that allows you to enjoy the bike in complete safety.
The Streetfighter V2 is essential and characterized by a really sharp design, which brings together the classic styling elements of the Streetfighter V4, starting with its peculiar headlight, whose V-shaped DRL is reminiscent of that of typical Ducati sports bikes and which is inspired by the famous smile of the Joker.
The ergonomics have important features focused on the rider and focus on road use with the added values of sportiness and comfort. The tall, wide aluminum handlebar replaces the raised handlebar on the Panigale V2. The seat is now wider and has new padding that makes this bike even more comfortable. In addition, the footrests have been repositioned to increase habitability. All these improvements allow the rider great control in sporty driving and, at the same time, facilitate daily use.
The Streetfighter V2 is powered by the Euro 5 homologated 955 cc Superquadro, capable of delivering a maximum power of 153 hp at 10,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 101.4 Nm at 9,000 rpm. It is very springy and proves not only to be very usable and enjoyable on the road, but also effective and excellent on the track, where it is very manageable. Compared to the Panigale V2, the Streetfighter V2 project has a shorter final gear (15/45 vs. 15/43), which guarantees more torque to the wheel at road speeds while providing better response of the engine when re-opening the throttle.
