(Adnkronos) – ‘Doctor Google’ strikes again. When looking for health information, 42% of Italians turn to specialized websites and 38% to Google; the general practitioner is involved by 56% of Italians who want to know more about health aspects. And to identify the health facility to turn to, Italians still rely on Google (47%), even if word of mouth remains the main information channel (55%). This is the photograph that emerges from the Nomisma survey presented on the occasion of the ‘About Health’ event.
