The Marlaska department defends the new documentary record despite threats from hoteliers to take legal action against the decree
The Ministry of the Interior does not contemplate new moratoriums on the effective entry of the new documentary record of travelers, so starting Monday, tourist accommodation and vehicle rental companies must provide the State security forces and bodies, up to a total of 28 new customer data that until now were not mandatory to provide. “There are no reasons for new delays,” sources from the department led by Fernando Grande-Marlaska stated this Wednesday about the entry of the Royal Decree. The hotel sector threatened yesterday to take the procedure to court.
